A-1 Hauling & Rolloffs
Terms & conditions
(general public)
1. Customer will accept full responsibility for any damages to their driveway, lawn, overhead obstructions, trees, sprinkler heads etc., which may result from the delivery and/or pick-up of container regardless of the weather conditions or ownership.
2. Customer will accept full responsibility for the contents of the container and agrees to additional charges, including tax if any un-acceptable waste is present. Customer agrees to allow A-1 Hauling & Rolloffs to charge permit fees, unacceptable materials, trip charges or other fees to card used for payment without additional signature on a voucher.
3. Dumpsters are limited to weight by size and material in dumpster. The 10 yard is limited to 1 ton, 15 yard is limited to 2 tons, 20 yard is limited to 3 tons and the 30 yard is limited to 4 tons. There will be a $50 per ton over charge. Customer is responsible for any fines given to A-1 Hauling & Rolloffs while hauling their full dumpster.
4. Dumpsters must be loaded evenly and level full. There will be a $75 charge if the dumpster cannot be hauled or if the driver has to spend extra time rearranging the load to be hauled safely. There is also a $75 trip charge for any blocked dumpster.
5. Customer must pay A-1 Hauling & Rolloffs the full amount do upon delivery or extra late charges will apply of $15 per day until amount is paid in full.
6. In the event the customer fails to pay A-1 Hauling & Rolloffs all amounts which become due under the agreement, customer agrees to pay in addition to any amount due. Collection fee of 25% the total amount due, accumulated interest and attorney’s fees.
7. Rental fees of $15 per day may occur if a container is kept longer than the allotted time. The normal allotted time is 7 days including the delivery day. The pick-up time can be anytime on the 7th day no matter what was the delivery time.
8. The customer takes full responsibility of the container while on property. Paint (graffiti), dents or other damages will be billed to customer for repair cost.
9. A-1 Hauling & Rolloffs is not responsible for injuries to person(s) resulting from customer use.
10. Customer agrees to allow A-1 Hauling & Rolloffs to bill all charges, permit fees, extra charges, overweight, and unauthorized loads to the card that was used for payment without additional signature.
The following is a list of items acceptable and unacceptable in a construction load
Acceptable: Wood (doors, shelving, etc,), Plaster, sheetrock, Styrofoam/insulation, ceramic goods (toilets, sinks, etc.), Carpet, Tile, Metals, Plastic, Roofing, Brick/concrete (not to exceed weight limit)
Unacceptable: Tree Debris, Yard Waste, Appliances (ac units, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, water heater, etc.), Furniture, Mattress and Box spring, Paint, Batteries, Tires, 55 Gallon Drums, Hazardous Materials (oil, gasoline, antifreeze, asbestos, etc.), Florescent lights, Ash, Fuel Tanks, TV’s / Monitors, or any load containing more then 5% msw (Trash or food waste)
The following is a list of items acceptable and unacceptable in a MSW or Mixed load
Acceptable: General Household Trash, Clothes, Paper Products, Food waste, Furniture, Wood (doors, shelving, etc.), Sheetrock, Styrofoam/insulation, ceramic goods (toilets, sinks, etc.), Carpet, Metals, Plastic.
Unacceptable: Tree Debris, Yard Waste, Brick / Concrete, Roofing, Plaster Appliances (ac units, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, water heater, etc.), Furniture, Mattress and Box spring, Paint, Batteries, Tires, 55 Gallon Drums, Hazardous Materials (oil, gasoline, antifreeze, asbestos, etc.), Florescent lights, Ash, Fuel Tanks, TV’s / Monitors.
11. Extra charge items (if considered unacceptable)
